    Trend Micro is looking for an innovative and results-oriented B2B marketer seeking to grow their knowledge and experience in marketing information security and technology solutions.   The role will be focused on US go-to-market efforts for strategic products and solutions for the commercial enterprise.

     

    This marketer will work with others to set marketing strategy for new logo acquisition strategies, execute the resulting marketing programs and will be responsible for measuring and analyzing results.  This individual will contribute to the development of integrated marketing and communications plans, which focus on driving demand and increasing revenue and market share. The right candidate will act as a strategic marketing evangelist and will help to identify, develop and explore best practice processes for sales and marketing productivity.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with sales stakeholders to help build an integrated marketing and communications plan to support the sales goals/priorities, and leverage corporate marketing strategy/ initiatives
    • Participate in the development of demand generation marketing programs to support new business growth, including, but not limited to, custom events, tradeshows, email campaigns, digital marketing programs, webinars and social media
    • Implement a marketing plan to support revenue goals, including planning, execution, measurement and analysis
    • Research and analyze market opportunities and business drivers to optimize marketing strategy and campaign execution
    • Develop consistent and regular reviews and ongoing communication with sales stakeholders and marketing management
    • Update and manage the marketing calendar, prepare program marketing budgets, track spending, monitor progress and measure results of all regional marketing campaigns through regular pipeline inspection and campaign tracking
    • Act as a liaison between global/channel marketing to field and ensuring cohesive messaging and execution

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant, hands-on marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to plan, execute, measure and analyze successful marketing programs
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field of study
    • Some experience with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce.com and Marketo preferred)
    • Creative, positive, high energy, enthusiastic, flexible; thrives in a changing environment, takes initiative
    • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Team player who is results oriented with a strong time management skill and “can do” attitude
    • Ability to contribute to the development of integrated marketing plans to achieve desired outcome;
    • Ability to work with multiple levels of management; emphasis on high responsiveness and accountability
    • Eagerness to work effectively across multiple teams including sales, marketing operations, channel marketing, global marketing and sales operations;
    • Adept at articulating program goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences
    • Strong initiative, proactive, has the ability to identify opportunities and independently pursue
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Ability to travel (30-40%)
