    Technical Associates will participate in an 8-week program focused on getting to know our business and products, as well as participating in a 10-month rotation through various areas within Trend Micro’s technical organization. Participants will experience an enriched on-boarding process followed by specific technology, business and professional skills training. The rotation will allow the Technical Associates an opportunity to develop and apply new skills learned throughout their time in the program. Each Associate will work with security industry-leading professionals that will help them to discover areas in which to focus their professional development and identify potential career paths within Trend Micro.


    The goal of the program is to offer a unique learning and career development opportunity to entry-level employees. Technical Associates will engage in an environment that will prepare them for future technical positions with Trend Micro, the global leader in cloud security. The program offers a variety of challenging assignments and opportunities to experience various aspects of the business. Each rotation will allow associates to explore new possible career paths and be prepared for a wide range of challenging positions. Rotations include (but are not limited to): Sales Engineering, Deployment Services, Technical Support, and Solutions Architecture. Upon completion of the program, Technical Associates will be equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to grow their careers at Trend Micro.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Must be ready, willing and able to start the program by January 28, 2019
    • College graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, business degree in information management systems or related technical degree

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in a variety of technical disciplines
    • A passion for learning about and applying innovative technologies
    • Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities

    Compensation Information:

    Technical Associates will earn $50,000 per year while in the program
