    Duties & Responsibilities

    Duties: Support Trend Micro customers by triaging issues escalated from TAC Support. Identify reproduction steps and convert the steps into an automated test case. Triage, troubleshoot and debug crashes/bugs related to product line assigned. Perform automation of tests cases using Python/Bash scripting for the recreated bugs and for new product features. Perform regression testing for the maintenance releases and hot fixes using TCP/IP, MySQL, L2, L3 technologies, IP, Linux tools and Python.


    Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 2 years of experience in job offered or computer related occupation.
