The Junior Sales Engineer (JSE) is an apprentice building up skills and knowledge to perform a cyber security technical activity in a customer facing role. The JSE will have exposure to working with Field Account Managers and Sales Engineers in various customer interactions. This leads to being able to assist RAMs/Internal Sales teams with introductory calls, providing presentations and demos of Trend Micro solutions via telephone and remote meetings. The primarily office-based role requires strong communication and has the ability to solve issues and positioning security.
The role will run for a maximum of two years as a full time Trend Micro employee. The graduation point if achieved will present opportunities based on fit, to include but not limited to; Internal SE, Field SE, Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Engineer and Professional Services.
