    Trend Micro is seeking a Channel Account Manager to lead Trend Micro growth strategies onsite at CDW in Chicago, IL. The Channel Account Manager will develop and manage the implementation of sales strategies as well as the plans and programs that are designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships, driving Trend Micro initiative and influencing partner executives, management, and sales and technical specialists to lead with Trend Micro. The Channel Account Manager will be responsible with understanding how Trend Micro solutions help customers, communicating our value proposition to resonate with CDW stakeholders and developing alignment within assigned sales segment verticals to enable those sales verticals to design-in and sell Trend Micro solutions.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and drive sales action plans to increase deal registrations and sales volume in assigned sales segments
    • Fully understand Trend Micro technology and differentiators, how Trend Micro resolves customer pain points and remove complexity to resonate with CDW stakeholders to influence their customers
    • Create and present training and enablement on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge and procedures
    • Provide presales support
    • Manage deal registration and sales pipeline; partnering with Trend and CDW sellers
    • Collaborate with CDW-dedicated Trend Micro channel team and take ownership of assigned deliverables
    • Build alignment and gain buy-in between assigned sales segments and Trend Micro


    • Experience with CDW Channel Management
    • Expertise with complex technology solutions
    • Experience in pipeline, event and program management
    • Sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration preferred
    • 5 years related experience managing large strategic customer relationships
    • Ability to travel 40% of the time
