    The Education Program Manager has the direct responsibility for the overall management, planning, scheduling and coordination of the public and private training classes, products and services for the local line of business.   This will involve the scheduling of instructors, course venues, training material and facilities management in support of all training classes.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    General Responsibilities as follows:

    • Manage multiple projects with interdependencies simultaneously
    • Manage Education mailbox and respond to internal/external training inquiries
    • Interpret project status from a collection of data and communicate to appropriate stakeholders
    • Run efficient and productive meetings
    • Effectively communicate and work with all stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful education delivery to internal parties, customers and partners
    • Plan annual class delivery schedule
    • Manage instructor calendar/availability tracking
    • Assist students with portal registration, class enrollment and exam access
    • Assist with education sales cycle, engaging order management, invoicing and receivables, tracking purchased classes, participating in pre-event planning calls, verifying logistics/arrangements, etc
    • Order courseware in preparation for classes
    • Make logistic/catering arrangements for student classes
    • Communication with students in advance of training delivery to confirm arrangements
    • Prepare student rosters for trainers (internal and partners)
    • Track class attendance and pass/fail status of students (internal and partners)
    • Confirm lab readiness and general maintenance (Education Cloud and hardware lab)
    • Communication with sales advertising about open seats
    • Other special projects/duties as required

    • Well-organized person with proven ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work under pressure, to handle interruptions and to manage multiple requests
    • Sound judgement and decision making capabilities
    • Highly skilled in building and maintaining both internal and external relationships, with an emphasis on building trust and respect
    • Experience implementing incremental process improvement
    • Experience using the Microsoft toolset (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc.)
    • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
    • Excellent listener
