The Field Services Engineer (FSE) is a technical bridge between our Enterprise Large Account Representatives, Sales Engineers, and their customers. The FSE will take ownership of delivering ordered services to Trend Micro Customers. The Field Services Engineer will also assist the Regional Technical leader in securing pre sales opportunities that require Trend Micro Software Installation or services. Proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via telephone.
