    The Order Management Representative position is to fulfill software, service and training orders from order entry through order invoicing. This individual is also responsible for generating system reports covering status of orders, customers and other order fulfillment key processing indicators. The Order Management Representative position requires the ability to work independently and to manage priorities and time effectively. In addition this individual will work with internal and external customers to resolve order issues.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Enter and review sales orders for products and/or services in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Review and complete sales order packages for accuracy, errors, and omissions in conjunction with Trend’s revenue recognition policies
    • Maintain information detailing the status of orders received for processing
    • Resolve discrepancies and order issues across departments quickly to meet processing metrics.
    • Research and address customer questions/issues as necessary
    • Actively participate in the resolution of complex order issues/problems with management as necessary
    • Gather, maintain, and properly file internal and external correspondence as it relates to all sales orders.
    • Handle inbound calls to assist our Channel partners


    • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work any shift between the hours of 7am-6pm CST with occassional overtime based on business need
    • Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
    • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities based on business need
