    We are seeking a retention/conversion marketing manager to help us grow/optimize our largest business asset - our customers base. As a member of Consumer Sales/Mktg Team, you will manage the lifecycle of our customer base, from communication, engagement, conversion, to retention. You will be responsible for planning and executing user engagement and retention campaigns across different marketing channels.  The ideal candidate should be a creative online/digital marketer who is self-driven and a team player, ideally familiar with CRM/email marketing platforms such as Oracle Responsys. You will also have the chance to engage in other conversion and digital marketing initiatives in the consumer software and App space.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Work with internal cross-functional teams and external marketing agencies to develop and execute on-target campaigns successfully while ensuring legal and brand compliance.
    • Understand local markets, user segments, user behavior/preference through market research and AB/multi-variable testing.
    • Find potential synergy in our product portfolio and identify cross/up-sell opportunities to grow customer life-time value and drive incremental revenue.
    • Drive successful campaigns by develop on-target messaging and creative based on objectives, target audiences, product positioning and channel strategy.
    • Manage day-to-day execution of retention/conversion campaigns including e-mail, in-product tools, in-app communications, web site/member portal, and social media.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of campaigns (new and automated) to identify area of opportunities or concerns and take necessary actions.
    • Provide high-level reporting and recommendations on campaigns to key stakeholders (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate).


    • BA/BS in related filed. 5+ years work experience in digital marketing, data intelligence or ecommerce, hands-on email marketing experience preferred
    • Experience with consumer software/apps & services, and ideally with subscription model business
    • Effective communicator and a team player capable of cross-functional collaboration.
    • Analytical and attention to details yet able to see the big picture.
    • Customer focused and keeps customer experience top of mind
    • Experience with product marketing, online marketing, digital marketing, or retention marketing.

    • Basic understanding of HTML (emails will be coded by an email developer but versioning assistance may be required)
