We are seeking a retention/conversion marketing manager to help us grow/optimize our largest business asset - our customers base. As a member of Consumer Sales/Mktg Team, you will manage the lifecycle of our customer base, from communication, engagement, conversion, to retention. You will be responsible for planning and executing user engagement and retention campaigns across different marketing channels. The ideal candidate should be a creative online/digital marketer who is self-driven and a team player, ideally familiar with CRM/email marketing platforms such as Oracle Responsys. You will also have the chance to engage in other conversion and digital marketing initiatives in the consumer software and App space.
