We are seeking a top tier database marketing and analytic expert to join the Consumer Online Marketing team. You will partner with key stakeholders in Consumer Online Marketing team and product groups to provide and critical business insights and actionable metrics for driving our online conversion and retention. You will be responsible for mining, analyzing, and synthesizing insights from different data sources to identify opportunities for incremental revenue lift and operational efficiency enhancement. You will also have the opportunity to engage in different online/digital marketing initiatives to help optimize our existing business and expand our footprint in exciting new areas.
Specific responsibilities in this role include:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-driven information environment - ideally in a consumer-facing or web-based business. S/he must be comfortable handling large amount of consumer data and working with data mining and reporting tools and is experienced in crafting and presenting analyses.
