    Local Experience Builder – Las Colinas, TX

    At Trend Micro, our company culture is paramount and global in nature. Local Experience Builders are Trend Micro culture ambassadors, first and foremost. They are charged with ensuring the global culture is reflected in a local, unique way. This is primarily accomplished by creating an amazing local experience for their customers: clients, team members, partners and guests.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the overall local experience
    • Be a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable interface for resources, both internal and external
    • Manage an ongoing food program that includes drinks, snacks, catering, etc.
    • Create a collaboration experience to include resource planning and reservations, catering, and other details
    • Establish and manage partnerships with outside resources such as caterers, restaurants, hotels, transportation, ticket brokers, dry cleaning, salons, etc. for the purpose of enhancing the overall local experience and to create corporate discount programs, if appropriate
    • Upon request, assist visitors with hotel reservations, transportation, directions, activities, dinner reservations, and any other requests that may arise


    • Collaborative team player and have willingness to jump in and assist where needed
    • Professional communication skills both internally and externally (written and verbal)
    • Superior attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 1-year of customer service, reception, or administrative experience
    • Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
    • Proficient computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office Suite)
    • Ability to maintain discretion as appropriate and work well under pressure
