    This position will be the point of contact and business partner for day to day management of CRM and PRM System (currently Saleforce.com). The Business Process Analyst will also be responsible for ongoing stakeholder management with issues, enhancements, general application direction, and guidance. Business Process Analyst will work closely with the business stakeholders and provide project management, business process analysis expertise and deliver world class support to the business.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • The Business Process Analyst will work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, and create business specifications
    • The Business Process Analyst will lead the functional responsibilities & process design, implementation and administrative operational support, depending on the stage of system lifecycle.
    • The role works closely with the Subject Matter Experts, the customer base and internal and external IT technical teams and service providers implementing application requirements and supporting business applications deployment and systems operational needs.
    • This position will develop and conduct testing for applications, document business processes, developing test scripts and user guide, conduct training of end users and resolve problems with CRM and PRM applications.
    • This position will Lead, manage and communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business users
    • Work with the cross functional teams in helping them create quality design documents and in developing quality Products within the scheduled timeline
    • Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities to further utilize Salesforce.com to achieve business goals, new functionality, reports & dashboards
    • Manage solution scope, changes to requirements, and requirements conflicts
    • Identify stakeholders of the work effort, how they are impacted, and what their needs and roles are to effectively engage in the effort
    • Translate design specifications by co-working with both internal and external teams of developers and other functional analysts while ensuring all nuances of the requirements are understood and executed per requirements.
    • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiating to closure following Trend Micro’s defined process and quality standard.
    • Support users with day to day issues and be a front line support partner for issue resolution.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. MBA/MS preferred.
    • com certificate is a big plus.
    • Experience gathering and documenting system requirements and documenting system functional design for business applications package solutions and related implementation issues from a functional perspective.
    • Experience with enterprise wide system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion.
    • Demonstrated experience in business analysis on large complex projects.
    • Demonstrated experience working with diverse set of users (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support)
    • Strong business knowledge in Account Management/Cleanse, Opportunity/Lead management, Quote, Case Management, Partner Portal management, and BI functionalities
    • 5+ years of combined working experience in business process analysis, system analysis or project management roles
    • 5+ years of CRM experience
    • Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application testing of developed functionality
    • Use T-SQL to query data in RMDB.
    • Previous exposure with Marketing tools (Marketo) and technologies highly desired
    • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task multiple critical priorities simultaneously, and have excellent organization skills
    • Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
    • Must be flexible to working with global teams and stakeholders across time zones during issue resolution and project execution.
