The Sr. IT Manager role is responsible for providing service excellence by identifying key business issues and determining business needs within the IT infrastructure and Help Desk teams. This position is a hands-on role, which works closely with the team to deliver, manage and monitor solutions and services to achieve highest possible internal user satisfaction.
The Sr. IT Manager is responsible for effectively managing the team, its relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure exceptional performance. In this role, the Manager is responsible for the managing and security of the office IT infrastructure across the Americas.
