Trend Micro is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive Trend Micro enablement and growth with key partners. The Channel Account Manager will develop and manage the implementation of sales strategies as well as the plans and programs that are designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships and will continue to promote Trend Micro with the partner's executive staff, senior and middle management, and sales and technical consultants. The Channel Account Manager will be tasked with enabling and implementation solutions within sales segments and enable key verticals to promote and sell Trend Micro solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and drive sales action plans to increase sales volume in all sales verticals
  • Manage deal registration and sales pipeline
  • Effectively sell the portfolio of Trend Micro' products to partner middle managers, technical support, and functional titles such as sales, customer service and purchasing
  • Present training and education on sales, customer service, products, markets, technical knowledge, and procedures
  • Provide presales support
  • Ongoing coaching of partner product specialists

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with Channel Management or Business Development
  • Experience in Event Management or Marketing
  • Sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years related experience
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
