An ESR is responsible for assisting the sales reps and Directors within their Enterprise Region.   This includes, but is not limited to; onboarding new hires, deal registration process, opportunity management and updating, quote management and updating, account research, general product knowledge, ability to structure and assist with pricing and overall understanding of Trend Micro's general processes and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Onboarding all new hires within the Region. This includes Salesforce training, Price List review, Product placement and general training for other sales tools, etc.
  • Assist with opportunity creation and updating SF as needed.
  • Assist with quote creation and updating SF as needed.
  • Manages the Deal Registration approval process.
  • Manages evaluation key request process and PoC process.
  • Tracks daily sales report and closes out Won new business opportunities in SF.
  • Works closely with account team to service and maintain existing customers.
  • Assist with managing the VLE/MAM renewals.
  • Pipeline Reviews with rep and Director as scheduled.
  • Understands general Trend Micro processes and who to contact for assistance (Order Management, Legal, Marketing, etc).
  • Covering for sales reps when they are out of the office.
  • Overall "go-to" person for the sales reps and needs to be able to maintain high level of activity and emotional demand.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1-2 years preferred customer service experience in security solutions and services
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Proven ability to coordinate tasks and calendars for multiple internal personnel
  • Demonstrable success in driving highest levels of Customer Experience
  • Communicate effectively on the telephone, through email, and on Webex meetings
