Hybrid Cloud Security is real and growing at an amazing pace riding the biggest IT transformation in history - the cloud.  With that, the Hybrid Cloud Security Product Management team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who will build and enhance features iteratively and frequently with our customers across the cloud and data center environments for both our software and SaaS offerings.  A strong passion for both pursuing market-fit and caring deeply about customer success is critical to the role.  You will be working with our customers everyday in our rapidly growing business and have the ability to lead and execute with focus, delivering market-fit solutions incredibly fast, iteratively, constantly.  It’s key that you are passionate about both prospects and paying customers, understanding their needs, and doing everything to delight them.

 

We are looking for a candidate that is customer-obsessed with a deep passion for the user experience.  Someone who has showing proven success in ownership, can see the forest through the trees.  We need a passionate product manager who dives deep and has shown demonstrated success in building strong business cases and managing high-growth, successful product launches.   

 

In particular, this role will have a focus on driving our offer towards APIs, automation, continuous, frictionless security across the CI/CD pipeline to production.

 

The ideal candidate will bring a good mix of enterprise IT Ops, writing code, product management , and a “Lean Start-Up", entrepreneurial approach.   You will be part of a  team in a fast-paced environment that has the entrepreneurial feel of a start-up with one of the hottest offers on the market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and validate customer problems
  • Ability to find differentiation and value in solutions to solve the customer problems
  • Ability to learn, execute, measure in short iterations
  • Ability to profile for buyer and user personas
  • To write epics, user stories, prioritize backlogs & customer issues, in working agile methodologies
  • To influence pricing models and pricing
  • To help drive improvements in the customer support experience, help, and support enablement
  • To help drive improvements in the sales motion, sales engineering enablement, and overall pre-sales experience for customers
  • Lead and motivate R&D teams, working with them on balancing new features, operational improves, and strategic goals - help the teams move faster!
  • Ability to be agile is a rapidly changing and growing environment 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-8+ years in product management
  • Computer Science and/or Business Degree (related field) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong finance-related skills; must have an innate understanding of the P&L implications of different business decisions
  • Experience with developing and productizing APIs, SDKs, and all surround collateral to delight developers
  • Experience in working on Operations teams,  DevOps teams
  • Ability to work with DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipelines
  • Experience in containers and serverless
  • Experience in working with analysts and analyst research
  • Experience with enterprise security solutions
  • Experience with security compliance - such as PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP, FIPS, NIST, FISMA
  • Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google
  • Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, Openstack
