Trend Micro is seeking a Channel Account Manager (New Jersey) to lead Trend Micro growth strategies for CDW's East Coast region. The Channel Account Manager will develop and manage the implementation of sales strategies as well as the plans and programs designed to achieve and exceed organic revenue growth goals. This individual will be responsible for managing key relationships and will continue to brand Trend Micro with the partner's executive staff, senior and middle management, and sales and technical consultants. The Channel Account Manager will be tasked with driving initiative using a programmatic approach within sales segment verticals and enable those sales verticals to promote and sell Trend Micro solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and drive sales action plans to increase sales volume in all sales verticals (field and inside)
  • Fully understand Trend Micro’s solutions, competitive advantages and partner ecosystem
  • Effectively sell the portfolio of Trend Micro products and gain support from all CDW stakeholder roles; partner management and executives, technical specialists, alliance teams and functional titles such as sales, marketing, customer service and purchasing by communicating our value proposition as it relates to their goals
  • Enable CDW with solution-based trainings focusing on customer pain points and Trend Micro competitive advantages, driving follow up efforts tracking next steps and results
  • Manage and own deal registration and sales pipeline
  • Ability to lead cosell efforts with CDW account managers on customer calls
  • Alignment of Trend Micro field/inside teams with CDW counterparts in targeted fashion
  • Ongoing coaching and enablement of primary East Coast stakeholders
  • Provide presales support

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience with CDW Channel Management
  • Experience with Pipeline Management, Field/Inside Sales Alignment, Customer Selling
  • Strong Product Knowledge Aptitude
  • Creating and Executing Strategic Channel Programs
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years related experience managing large strategic customer relationships
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
