Join an exciting initiative within one of the leaders in Information Security.  As a Sales Engineer for “Operation Big Apple”, you will enable the continued growth and success of our solutions and services in the New York City Metro Area.

Leveraging both strong technical knowledge as well as a polished customer facing skillset, we are looking to add new graduates to existing talent pool.  Our solutions extend across many borders including: public and private clouds, complex networks, user devices and much more.  If you have a passion for learning, both current and future trends – whether you are a developer who wants to learn more about business in a customer facing role or a technical strategist eager to learn hands on skills – the opportunity beckons!

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with customers of all sizes to develop trust and relationships through technical knowledge and a passion for problem solving.
  • Join a vibrant team of technical sales persons, subject matter experts and a large global repository for knowledge and team work driven success.
  • Support Field Sales Representatives and Account Executives to enable the sales process and drive business.
  • Develop and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate product and context aware knowledge of security controls and solutions.
  • Grow and learn as new services, threats and technical solutions are released and consumed. e.g. Public Cloud, IoT, Evolving Threat Landscape, etc.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical field, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical proficiency in at least on area: InfoSec, DevOps, Networking, Software Development, Operating Systems, Virtualization or other relevant subject.
  • Passion for learning and teamwork.
  • Comfort with public speaking as well as remote customer facing sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Science or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or other department with an overlap with software and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex architecture and solution areas in a simple approachable fashion.
  • Strong presentation, writing and verbal skills.
  • Experience with development and/or DevOps tools: orchestration, CI/CD, etc.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
